Ingredients for Whole Wheat Bread Sandwiches
- Whole wheat bread slices- 8 Nos
- Onion - 3 (Finely chopped)
- Tomatoes - 3 (Finely chopped)
- Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
- Chilly Powder – 1 and 1/2 spoon
- Garam Masala– 1 spoon
- Salt – As needed
- Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup (Finely chopped)
- Oil - Needed
- Cheese - As Needed
- Mustard seeds- 1 Spoon
Preparation of Wheat Bread Sandwich Recipe
Heat Oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add Mustard seeds.
Once the Mustard seeds got spluttered add the finely chopped onions and statute them well.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes when the onion turns golden brown.
Now, add the ginger garlic paste and mix them well till the raw smell disappears.
Add the chili powder, Garam Masala , finely chopped Coriander leaves and salt to taste and mix well.
Remove the pan from heat once our masala cooks well and turns into thick consistency.
Heat the tawa and toast all the wheat bread slices.
Take a slice of toasted bread and spread some grated cheese in one side of the bread and spread some masala we have prepared.
Now, cover it another slice of bread.
Heat the tawa again and cook both sides of bread sandwiches in slow flame till the cheese melts.
Have a tasty "wheat bread sandwich".
Tips To Make Wheat Bread Sandwich with vegetables
We can also add some vegetables like carrot , cabbages , Green peas to make 'Veg sandwiches'.
Also to make a tasty “Chicken sandwiches”, add the boiled chicken to the masala and cook till the masala flavor mixes well with the chicken.
