Ingredients for Veg Tacos
- Taco Shells - 8
- Cabbage - 2 Cup (Green, Purple)
- Black Beans - 1 Cup
- Salsa - 1 Cup
- Julienned Sweet Pepper - 1 Cup
- Onion - 1 Cup
- Garlic - 1 tsp
- Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 Cup
- Green Chilies - 2 to 3 tblsp
- Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin - 1/4 tsp
- Avocado - 1
- Canola Oil
Preparation of Veg Tacos Recipe
First heat the tacos shells as instructed in pack.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in pan and chopped green chilies and garlic. Saute them until garlic turn golden brown.
Add finely chopped onions and saute them well for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add shredded cabbages and red pepper. Cook them for a minute.
Add some sugar and mix it.
Add black beans, and salsa. Mix the and cook for another minute.
Then add chili powder and cumin powder. Stir them well and allow it for cook k them in flow flame.
Once the vegetables got cooked turn off the flame.
Take a cooked tacos and spoon some vegetable mixture to the tacos.
Add some shredded cheese as an layer over the vegetable mixture.
Finally add the chopped avacodas.
