Veg Cutlet

Ingredients for Veg Cutlet Recipe:

  • Potatoes - 2
  • Onion – 1 cup (Finely chopped)
  • Carrot – 1/4 Cup (Finely chopped)
  • Beans – 1/4 cup (Finely chopped)
  • Bread crum
  • Corianders - (Finely chopped)
  • All purpose flour or maida – 1/2 cup
  • Chili Powder – 2 (Finely chopped)
  • Garam masala – 3/4 tsp
  • Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Oil and Salt - Needed

Preparation:

First boil the potatoes and smash them keep aside.

Heat the pan and add onion , Saute till it becomes translucent

Add ginger and garlic to the onion and saute till the raw smell removes.

Now, add chopped carrots and beans to them.

Add all the powders one by one (chilli powder , garam masala and salt).

Springle some water and cook them for 5 to 7 minuite.

Finally add the smashed potatoes and Corianders mix them well.

Turn off the stove.

In a bolw add all purpose flour and water , mix to make a fine batter.

Make small ball from the propared mixture and flatten them.

Then dip the balls in all puepose bater and coat it with brea crums.

Fry the balls in oil.

The tasty cutlets are ready to served now.
