Ingredients for Veg Cheese Toast

  • Brown Bread Slices - 8 to 10
  • Green Chutney - 1 Cup
  • Tomato - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Cucumber - 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Potato - 1
  • Cheese - 1/2 Cup
  • Butter
  • Chat Masala
  • Salt

Preparation of Veg Cheese Toast Recipe

First boil the potatoes and slice them (thin round slices).

Remove the seeds from capsicum and slice them thinly round shape.

Smillarly slice the onions and tomatoes.

Now take a bread slices and spread the butter over it so that the bread slices should completely covered.

Spread some green chutney over the bread.

Place the onion, tomato, capsicum and potato and sprinkle salt and some grated cheese.

Place another bread slice over it.

Preheat the toaster and place the sandwich on it.

Toast the bread for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes golden brown.

A yummy and tasty "Veg Cheese Toast" is ready for breakfast.

Tips - Veg Cheese Toast Recipe

While serving garnish with some butter over the sandwich.

We can add other vegetables like beetroot, beans.

We can even use white bread for making this recipe.
