Ingredients for Tomato Penne Pasta
- Penne Pasta - 2 Cups
- Tomato - 2
- Onion - 1
- Pasta Sauce - 2 tsp
- Tomato Sauce - 2 tsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Cloves - 4
- Red Chillies - 2
- Olive Oil - 2 tsp
- Cheese - 1 tsp
Preparation of Tomato Penne Pasta Recipe
Take a blender. Add tomatoes, garlic, red chillies and 1/2 onion. Grind them to well to make a smooth paste.
Take a sauce pan and heat water with salt.
Add pasta and cook them for 10 to 15 minutes or until the pasta cooks well.
Strain the extra water and keep aside.
Now take another pan and heat oil.
Add finely chopped onions and stir them for 1 to 2 minutes until the onion turns golden brown.
Then add the tomato paste and cook them for 5 to 7 minutes until the raw smell goes off.
Add pasta sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper powder. Mix them well.
Now add the cooked pasta and mix them well. Cook them for 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with grated cheese.
