Ingredients for Spinach Dip Rice
- Spinach - 1/2 cup
- Curd - 1/2 Cup
- Garlic - 1 tsp
- Walnuts - 1/2 Cup
- Green Chilies - 2 to 3
- Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tblsp
- Salt
Preparation of Spinach Dip Recipe
In a large vessel, boil water and add the chopped spinach. Steam it for just 1 minute.
Then squeeze the spinach and put wash it in cold water.
Take a blender, add walnuts, green chilies and garlic. Grind them to smooth paste.
Add the spinach and oil. Blend them again till it becomes thick and smooth paste.
Finally add the curd, nutmeg and salt. Blend them again to make dip consistency.
Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour and transfer to a serving bowl with any chips.
A healthy and tasty, "Spinach Dip" is ready.
Tips - Spinach Dip Recipe
We can add nuts like cashews, almonds, etc.,.
Add sour cream instead of curd for a different taste.
