- Pasta – 2 Cup
- Onions – 2 (Finely chopped)
- Tomatoes - 1 (Finely chopped)
- Green Chillis – 2 to 3 (Finely Chopped)
- Garlic and Ginger - 1 tsp (Grounded)
- Ginger - 1 tsp (Finely Chopped)
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Maida – 1/2 tsp
- Milk - 2 tblsp
- Coriander Leaves - As Needed
- Oil and Salt - Needed
Preparation of Spicy Indian Style Pasta
Take a heavy bottomed pan boil 5 to 6 cups of water
Add the pastas and wait for 8 to 10 minutes so, that the pasta cooks well.
Now, drain the water and keep aside.
In another pan heat a tsp of oil.
Then, add chopped onions and green chillis and saute them till the onion turns golden brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook them well.
Now, add the ginger garlic paste and saute them till the raw smell goes away.
Add the garam masala powder, chilli powder and salt and mix them well.
Now, add the maida and milk to the mixture and mix them well.
Add the cooked pasta to the gravy and cook for some more minutes till the masala goes well into the pasta and garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Finally, our tasty and spicy Indian style "Pasta" is ready to taste.
Tips - Spicy Pasta
Don't over cool the pasta or macaroni if so the pasta will become rubbery.
We can also add vegetables like capsicum, carrot, beans, green peas.
