Ingredients for Southwestern Baked Spaghetti
- Spaghetti - 8 Ounce (1 Cup)
- Ground Beef - 1 lb
- Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Egg - 1
- Onion - 1
- Garlic - 2
- Green Capsicum - 1
- Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Sauce - 1 Cup
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 Cup
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Monterey Jack Cheese - 1/2 Cup
Preparation of Southwestern Baked Spaghetti Recipe
First cook the spaghetti as instructed in pack,drain them and keep aside.
Take a bowl and add milk and egg. Mix them well.
Now, add the cooked spaghetti and mix well.
Take another sauce pan, add ground beef, chopped capsicum, onions and garlic. Boil the beef and drain them and keep aside.
Now take a pan add cooked beef.
Then add chilli powder, cumin powder, oregano, tomato sauce and salt.
Cook the for 4 to 7 minutes and turn off the flame.
Take a buttered 9X13 inch casserole dish.
First spread the cooked spaghetti on the casserole dish.
Then put the cooked beef mixture over the spaghetti.
Now, grade the 2 type of cheese over the speghetti and beef mixture. Cheese should fully cover casserole dish.
Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes. The cheese should get melts and is bubbly.
Remove from oven and wait for 10 minutes.
