Ingredients for Schezwan Fried Rice
- Red Chilies – 20
- Small Onions – 5
- Garlic Cloves - 15
- Ginger – 1 Inch
- Vinger - 1 tblsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Preparation of Schezwan Fried Rice Recipes
Take the red dry chillies wash and soak them in hot water for 30 minutes.
Drain the chillies and remove the stems.
Take a blender add the dry chillies and water.
Grind them to a smooth paste.
Take a pan and heat oil. Add the finely chopped small onions and saute them well.
Also add the finely chopped ginger and garlic. Saute them well.
Then add the ground dry chilli paste and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add vinger, pepper powder and soya sauce. Mix them well.
Cook them for 2 to 3 minutes, oil will start separating on the sides of pan.
Add 1/2 a cup of water and salt stir them continually in low flame.
Let them cook for another 5 to 7 minutes and turn off the flame.
Once the sauce got cool store it in a air-tight jar.
Tips - Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe
We can add sichuan peppers and finely chopped celery for more taste.
This sauce will stay good for 2 to 3 weeks when kept in refrigerator.
