Ingredients for Sabudana Vada
- Sabudana - 1 and 1/2 Cup
- Potatoes - 2
- Peanuts - 3/4 Cup
- Green chilis - 3
- Coriander Leaves
- Ginger - 1 tsp (Chopped)
Preparation of Sabudana Vada Recipe
Wash sabudana and soak for 7 to 10 hours(Overnight).
Boil the potatoes well until it becomes soft. Peel off the potatoes and smash them well.
Dry fry the peanuts and ground them roughly.
Take a bowl. Add the sabudana soaked overnight, smashed potatoes, ground peanuts, chopped green chilis, chopped coriander leaves, ginger and salt.
Mix them well until all the ingredients combine well.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
Take a small portion of sabudana mixture and make it as a vada shape.
Deep fry the sabudana vada. Cook them until the vada cooks well and turns golden brown.
Transfer to a plate or a plate..
A tasty and crispy "Sabudana Vada" is ready.
Tips - Sabudana Vada Recipe
We can add 1/2 tsp of lime juice for a different taste and flavor.
Add 1 tsp of rice flour for a crispy vada.
