Ingredients for Pineapple Pachadi Recipe
- Pineapple - 100gms
- Green chillies – 2 Nos
- Dried red chilli - 1
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut - 1/2 Cup (Grated)
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Crushed mustard - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 to 4 tblsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - As Needed
Preparation of Pineapple Pachadi Onam Recipe
Cut the pineapples into small pieces.
Boil the pineapples with turmeric and 1/2 cup water.
Crushed the mustard seeds along with green chillies and Cumin seeds.
Heat the oil and add mustard seeds and allow them to spluttered.
Then add curry leaves and red chillies, let them fry.
Now, add the coconut paste and saute them well.
Once the raw smell goes off add the boiled pineapples and salt to taste.
Now, add the Crushed mustard to them and allow them to cook well.
Add curd and mix well and turn off the flame.
Finally, our tasty traditional onam special "Pineapple Pachadi" is ready.
Tips - Pineapple Pachadi Sadya Recipe
After adding curd turn off the stove immediately, curd shouldn't get boiled.
