Ingredients for Paneer Cigar Rolls
- Crumbled Paneer - 1 Cup
- Red Onions - 1/4 Cup (Finely Chopped)
- Green Chilies - 1 or 2 (Finely Chopped)
- Crumbled Mozzarella - 1/4 Cup
- Tomatoes - 1/4 Cup (Finely Chopped)
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger and Garlic - 2 tsp (Finely Chopped)
- Spring Onions - 1/4 cup (Finely Chopped)
- All Purpose / Wheat flour - 2 Cups
- Salt - As Needed
Preparation of Paneer Cigar Rolls Recipe
In a bowl combine all purpose flour, salt to taste and water. Mix them to make smooth dough (Consistency of chapatti dough).
Keep them aside for 30 minutes.
Mix 1 tsp of maida and water and keep aside.
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp of oil.
Add the finely chopped onions and saute them for few minutes till it turn golden brown.
Then add the finely chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Now add finely chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute them.
Add 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala and salt to taste.
Mix them well and finally add chopped spring onions and turn off the flame.
After switching off the flame add the fresh mozzarella and mix them.
Take the dough and divide them into portion balls.
Take a portion of dough and roll it out into rectangles.
Take one rectangle and fill it with the stuffing we made.
Roll them and stick them with maida and water mixture.
Heat the oil.
Deep fry the rolls till they turns golden brown and crispy.

We can also add vegetables like carrots or beans etc.,
For chicken lovers add boiled chicken pieces to the stuff mixture.
