Ingredients for Paneer 65
- Paneer - 200 gms
- All Purpose Flour - 2 tblspn
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tblsp
- Corn Flour - 3 tblsp
- Rice Flour - 2 tblsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/4 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
- Salt or Black Salt
Preparation of Paneer 65 Recipe
Cut the paneer into cubes.
Take a bowl. Add all purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, garam masala, coriander powder and water as needed.
Add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, soya sauce and salt. Mix everything well.
Then add the paneer cubes to the batter. Keep the marination for 20 minutes.
Take a pan and heat oil.
Add the marinated paneer cubes. Fry them until the paneer turns golden brown.
Drain extra oil in a tissue and let them cool.
Transfer to a serving plate or bowl with tomato sauce. Garnish with fried curry leaves.

Tips - Paneer 65 Recipe
Garnish the paneer 65 with spring onions and lemon.
We can also add the curry leaves on the batter and fry them along with the paneer for more flavor.
Serve the paneer 65 with tomato sauce or green chutney.
