Ingredients for Onion Rings Recipe
- Onion big size - 2 Nos
- Maida - 1 cup
- Corn Floor - 4 to 5 tblsp
- Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
- Bread Crumbs - 1 to 2 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/4tsp
- Oil and Salt - Needed
Preparation of Onion Rings
First chop the onions into rings and separate all the rings in a plate or bowl and keep it aside.
In another bowl add maida, corn floor, red chilly powder, garam masala, 1 to 2 tsp of breadcrumbs.
Mix them well with water and salt as need so that it becomes a thick batter.
Have some more breadcrumbs in a plate for coating.
Take the sliced onions and put them in madia mixture.
After dipping in maida mixture coat them in breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil well.
Put the coated onion slices in the heat oil one by one.
Fry the onions till it turns golden brown.
Finally, our crispy tasty "Onion Rings" are ready.
Tips - Onion Rings
We can add 1/4 tsp of cooking soda for better crispy rings.
