Ingredients for Oats Dhosa:
- Oats – 1 Cup
- Onion – 1 (Finely chopped)
- Corianders – 1/4 cup (Finely chopped)
- Curry leaves – 1/4 cup
- Rice Floor – 1 cup
- Curd – 1/2 cup
- Chilies – 2 chopped(If needed)
- Oil and Salt - Needed
Preparation of Oats Dosa :
Add the rice floor in a bowl and mix it with water and curd.(Dhosa consistency)
Now add the oats , finely chopped Onions and chopped Green Chillies to the rice floor mixture.
Then chopped Curry leaves , chopped Corianders and salt to taste and mix well.
Keep the Mixture aside for an hour.
Now heat the dhava and make a dhosa with the mixture we made.
Finally, our healthy and tasty oats dhosa is ready to be served with hot sambar or chutney.
Tips - Oats Dhosa:
We can also add fried rawa to the mixture to make a 'crispy oats dhosa'.
