Ingredients for Mushroom Pepper Fry
- Mushroom - 1 Cup (Chopped)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - 1/2
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Red chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves
- Curry Leaves
- Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili - 1
Preparation of Mushroom Pepper Fry Recipe
Wash the mushrooms and slice them.
Dry roast the pepper and powder it.
Take a pan and heat oil.
Add fennel seeds, red chili and curry leaves. Let them fry for 1/2 minute.
Add onion sliced length wise and saute them until the onion turns golden brown.
Now add the sliced capsicums and saute them for 1 or 2 minutes.
Now add sliced mushrooms and saute them.
Add coriander powder, red chili powder and garam masala. Mix them well until the raw smell goes off.
Mushrooms will release water and starts shrinking in size.
Add pepper powder and salt. Mix them well.
Saute them until the mushroom turns and cooked well.
When the moisture completely evaporates turn off the flame.
Transfer the them to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
Spicy and tasty, " Mushroom Pepper Fry" is ready.
Tips - Mushroom Pepper Fry
Chop all the vegetables length wise so that we can get the restaurant look.
