Ingredients for Mango Salsa
- Mango - 1
- Green Bell Pepper - 1/2 Cup
- Onion - 1 Cup
- Fresh Cilantro - 1/4 Cup
- Lime Juice - 2 tblsp
- Fresh Jalapeno Pepper - 4 tsp
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Kosher Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cucumber - 1/2 Cup
- Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Preparation of Mango Salsa Recipe
First wash and peel off the mango. Chop the mangoes.
Peel off the cucumbers and chop them as cubes.
Take a bowl and combine finely chopped bell pepper, onions, chopped mangoes and chopped cucumbers.
Add fresh cilantro, jalapeno pepper, cumin, lime juice, kosher salt, black pepper powder.
Mix them all together well.
Transfer the salsa to a serving bowl or we can store in a container.
