Ingredients for Hara Bhara Kabab
- Palak / Spinach - 2 Cups
- Potatoes - 2
- Green Peas - 3/4 Cups
- Ginger - Small Piece
- Green Chilli - 2
- Besan / Gram Flour - 2 tsp
- Amchur Powder - 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - As Required
Preparation of Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe
First boil the potatoes well and keep aside.
Then boil the green peas well and keep them aside too.
Now, heat the water and add 2 tsp of sugar.
Add the washed palak to the boiling water and allow them for 1 minutes.
Switch off the flame and drain the water and wash them in cold water.
Now, take a grinding jar and add boiled green peas, blanched spinach, ginger, green chilli.
Grind them well. (Not as fine paste)
Take a bowl and add the palak - Green peas paste, boiled potatoes, amchur powder, chaat masala.
Mix the whole mixture well, then add besan flour for binding and mix well.
Take a small portion of mixture and shape into round patties.
Shallow fry the patties in a thava till it turn golden brown.
Our "Hara Bhara Kabab" is ready to be served hot with mint chutney or sauce.
Tips - Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe
Serve the "Hara Bhara Kabab" with chopped onions mixed with chaat masala powder.
