Ingredients for Green Peas Sundal Navratri Sweet
- Dry Green Peas - 1/2 Cup
- Grated Coconut - 2 to 4 tbsp
- Green Chillies - 2 to 3
- Jeera - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Dry Red Chilles - 2
- Oil - 1 to 2 tsp
Preparation of Green Peas Sundal Recipe
Wash and soak the green peas overnight.
Next day pressure cook the soaked green peas with salt as needed.
Take the pressure cooked green peas and keep aside.
Take a pan and heat a tsps of oil.
Add a tsp of Mustard seeds and 1/2 tsp of Urad dal and fry them, till the mustard seeds get spluttered.
Then add a red chilles and a tsp of jeera, salt to taste and sauta them.
Now add the pressure cooked green peas and mix well.
Add grated coconut to them and mix well.
