Garlic Mushroom

"Garlic Mushroom" is an Italian based dish which is very easy to make at home. Its a good combination with home made breads / buns or roti.

Ingredients for Garlic Mushroom

  • Mushroom - 1 Cup
  • Garlic- 2 tsp (Chopped)
  • Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Mixed Dried Herbs - 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
  • Salt

Preparation of Garlic Mushrooms Recipe

Wash the mushrooms and slice them.

Take a pan and heat olive oil.

Add chopped garlic and saute them for 1 minute.

Now add sliced mushrooms and saute them.

Mushrooms will release water and starts shrinking in size.

Add mixed herbs, black pepper powder and salt. Mix them well.

Saute them until the mushroom turns and cooked well.

When the moisture completly evaporates turn off the flame.

Transfer the garlic mushroom to a serving plate along with bread.

Tips - Garlic Mushrooms

We can add chopped small onion if wish.

Add a pinch of dry red chilli flakes for some spicy taste.
