Ingredients for Corn Chaat
- Corn Cob - 1
- Small Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Green Chili - 1
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chaat Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt (Black Salt)
Preparation of Corn Chaat Recipe
First boil the corn cob till the corn kernels cooks well.
Take a bowl and add the cooked corn kernels.
Add the finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomato and green chili. Mix them well.
Then add the red chili powder, chat masala powder, salt (preferably black salt) and lemon juice. Again mix them well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala.
Enjoy the simple "Corn Chaat" with your kids.
Tips - Corn Chaat Recipe
Serve the chaat recipe immediately, just after preparing.
We can also use chopped parsley for garnishing.
Use the fresh corn kernels for better taste.
We can also add omapodi or corn flakes for crispy taste.
