Ingredients for Cheese Balls
- All Purpose Flour - 3 tblsp
- Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Grated Processed Cheese - 1/4 Cup
- Corn Kernels - 1 Cup
- Coriander Leaves - 1/4 Cup
- Red Chili Powder - 3 tsp
- Bread Crumbs
Preparation of Cheese Balls Recipe
Take a pan and melt 1 tblsp of butter.
Add the all purpose flour and saute them for 1 to 2 miutes.
Add milk and stir them continuously for 4 to 5 minutes until it becomes thick.
Then transfer to the plate or bowl.
Boil the corn kernels and add them to the bowl with milk mixture.
Add cheese, red chili powder, finely chopped coriander leaves and salt. Allow the mixture to cool for some time.
Once cooled mix them well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and make small round balls.
Take a bowl. Add 1 tblsp of corn flour and water. Mix them well.
Take the breadcrumbs in plate.
Heat oil in pan.
Then dip the balls into the corn flour mixture and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the balls in hot oil until it becomes golden brown.
Our tasty and crispy "Cheese Balls" is ready.
Tips - Cheese Balls Recipe
We can ground the boiled corn kernels for making smooth paste.
Serve cheese balls with tomato sauce or green chutney.
We can also use chopped coriander for garnishing.
