Ingredients for Chana Sundal Recipe
- Channa – 1 Cup
- Coconut – Grated 2 to 3 spoons
- Mustard seeds – 1 tea spoon
- Urad dal – 1/4 tea spoon
- Red Chillies – 4 to 5
- Curry leaves – As needed
- Salt - To Taste
Preparation of Chana Sundal Recipe
Soak the channa overnight for 8 to 10 hours.
Pressure the channa for 5 to 6 whistles until it gets soft.
Heat 2 table spoon of oil in a pan.
Add Mustard seeds and Urad dal.Fry them untill it get crackled.
Add some red chillies and curry leaves to them and fry well.
Now, add the pressuer cooked chana and mix well.
Add grated Coconut and salt as required.
Finally, Our tasty "Chana Sundal" Recipe is ready to served.
Tips - Chana Sundal Recipe
For better taste add salt as need to channa while boiling it.
