Ingredients for Cauliflower Fry
- Cauliflower - 1/2 KG
- Corn flour- 1/4 KG
- Rice Flour-150gm
- Egg - 1
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chili powder - 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder- 3/4 tbsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Preparation of Cauliflower Fry Recipe
Cut the cauliflower and soak them in hot water and turmeric powder mixture.
After 15 to 20 minutes drain them and wash once again with clean water.
Take a bowl and add corn flower, rice flower, egg, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and water.
Mix them to make a batter.
Add cleaned cauliflowers to the mixed batter and mix well.
Keep them for 30 to 40 minutes.
Take a pan and heat oil.
Deep fry the cauliflower till it turns brown.
Serve the crispy "Cauliflower Fry" with tomato sauce.
Tips - Cauliflower Fry Recipe
We can add curry leaves to the batter for more taste and flavour.
