Ingredients for Baby Corn Manchurian

Baby Corn Fry

  • Baby Corns – 10 to 15
  • Corn Flour – 1/2 Cup
  • Maida – 2 to 3 Spoons
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
  • Soy Sauce - 1/2 spoon
  • Oil and Salt - as Needed

Baby Corn Sauce

  • Onions - 2 Finely Chopped
  • Green Chillies - 1 or 2 vertically Chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/2 Chopped as Cubes
  • Garlic - 1 tea spoon finely chopped
  • Ginger - 1 tea spoon finely chopepd
  • Spring Onions - 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • Celery - 1/2 spoon
  • Corn Floor
  • Black Pepper powder - 1/2 spoon
  • Soy Sauce - 1 spoon
  • Chilli Sauce - 1 spoon
  • Tomato Sauce - 2 spoons
  • Oil and Salt - as Needed

Preparation of Baby Corn Manchurian

Baby corn Manchurian Fry

Take the washed baby corns and cut them as big slices.

Take a bowl and add corn floor, maidha, giner-garlic paste, soya sauce and water to make a thin batter.

Dip the sliced baby corn in the batter and coat them evenly.

Take a pan and Heat the oil well.

Now, Fry the coated baby corns and keep aside.

Baby corn Manchurian Sause

Heat the oil and add chopped spring onions and onions and satue them well till it turn into trasparent.

Now, add the chopped giner, garlic, green chiles and celerys and mix them well till the raw smell disappears.

Add the sauces one by one (tomato sauce, chilli sauce and soya sauce).

Now, add our main ingredient fried "Baby Corns".

Then add the salt, pepper to taste and red chilli powder if needed.

Mix the whole mixture and cook for few minutes till the sauce get coated on the baby corns.

Finally, our delicious indo chines "Baby Corn Manchurian".

Tips - Baby Corn Manchurian

We can also add paneer instead of baby corns to make "Paneer Manchurain" or Chiken to a tasty make "Chiken Manchurain".
