Ingredients for Wheat Ladoo
- Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Ghee - 1/2 Cup
- Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dry Fruits - 1/4 Cup
Preparation of Wheat Ladoo Recipe
Roughly grind the dry fruits and take it in a bowl.
Take a pan and add wheat flour. Saute them for few minutes until the flour turns brown.
Then turn of the flame and take it in bowl.
Now grind the sugar to make a fine powder and add it to the wheat flour bowl.
Take a pan and heat ghee.
When the ghee melts add it to the wheat and sugar mixture. Mix them well.
Add ground dry fruits and cardamom powder. Mix them with a ladle.
Then take a small portion of atta flour and make it as a ladoo.
Allow the ladoos to cool down to room temperature and store it in a air tight container.
Our tasty and traditional, Wheat Ladoo is ready.
Tips - Wheat Ladoo
We can add a tsp of milk for getting proper ladoo consistency.
