Ingredients for Rava Ladoo
- Rava - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Ghee - 2 to 3 tblsp
- Grated Coconut - 1/4 Cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Dry Fruits (Cashews, dry grapes) - 2 to 3 tblsp
Preparation of Rava Ladoo Recipe
Take a pan and heat a tblsp of ghee.
Add rava and chopped cashews. Stir them continuously in low flame.
Stir them for 7 to 10 minutes until the rava change its color slightly.
Now add the grated coconut and mix and roast them for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix them well.
Add cardamom powder and dry grapes. Mix them.
Finally, add milk and keep stirring continuously. (Shouldn't form lumps.)
Now, apply some ghee on your palms and take small portion of rava mixture and make it as a ladoo.
Repeat for making all ladoos and store in air tight container.

Tips - Rava Ladoo
For more taste we can also add 1/4 cup of plain khoya or condensed milk before adding sugar.
We should make ladoo when the rava mixture is hot.
