Ingredients for Milk Burfi
- Milk - 1 Liter
- Sugar - 100 grams
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Butter - 100 grams
- Dry Fruits - 1/4 Cup
Preparation of Milk Burfi Recipe
Take a heavy bottomed pan and heat milk.
Add butter and salt in it and stir them continuously in low flame.
Stir them continuously without gap until the milk got proper consistency (Thick halwa consistency)
When the milk mixture comes to a thick consistency without sticking in the pan, turn off the flame.
Take a tray and spread some ghee on it.
Pour the milk mixture on the greased tray and spread it evenly.
Cut the milk burfi in the shape you wish.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with cashews nuts.
Delightful and tempting, Milk Burfi is ready for celebrations.
Tips - Milk Burfi
Be careful on milk mixture it should not get burnt.
We can use chopped cashew-nuts, almonds, dry grapes for garnishing.
