Dry Fruits Ladoo

Ladoos are always been a traditional sweet recipe. For this Diwali we are going to make a different ladoo using dry fruits, "Dry Fruits Ladoo". It will be a most healthiest and energetic dessert dish for celebrations like Diwali.

Ingredients for Dry Fruits Ladoo

  • Dates - 1 Cup
  • Almonds - 3 to 4 tblsp
  • Dry Figs - 8 to 10
  • Dry Grapes - 2 tblsp
  • Cashews - 2 tblsp
  • Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee

Preparation of Dry Fruits Ladoo Recipe for Diwali

Roughly grind the dry fruits and take it in a bowl.

Take a pan and add ghee.

Add almond and roast them for 1 or 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Then add cashews and roast them for few seconds. Transfer it to the same plate.

Now add the dry grapes and just roast them for 5 to 10 seconds.Transfer to the plate.

Take a blender. Add the roughly chopped dates and chopped dry figs. Also add the roasted almonds, cashews and dry grapes.

Grind them to a coarse mixture and take it in a plate or bowl.

Take small portion of mixture and make small balls.

Transfer to serving bowl or plate.

Tips - Dry Fruits Ladoo

We can add desiccated coconut for more tasty and flavored ladoo.

Do not over grind the dry fruits it should be able to bite them.
