Ingredients for Vegetable Soup

  • Carrot - 1/4 Cup
  • Beans - 1/4 Cup
  • Cauliflower - 1/4 Cup
  • Cabbage - 1/4 Cup
  • Palak - 1/4 Cup
  • Garlic Cloves– 4 to 5
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper Powder - 1 to 2 tsp
  • Oil

Preparation of Vegetable Soup Recipe

First chop all the vegetable to small pieces.

Wash the palak and chop them finely.

Take a pan or pressure cooker and heat 1 tsp of oil.

Now add the finely chopped garlic and saute them.

Add chopped vegetables and saute them for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add the chopped palak and mix them.

Now add 3 to 4 cups of water and soya sauce.

Add salt to taste and boil them until all the vegetables cooks well and becomes soft.

Finally, transfer to a serving bowl and add pepper powder.

Really healthy, Vegetable Soup is ready for tasting.

Tips - Vegetable Soup

We can add other vegetables like mushroom, boiled green peas, sweet corn kernels, etc.,.

Serve the soup along with vegetables for a complete meal.
