Ingredients for Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup

  • Sweet Corn Kernels - 1/2 Cup
  • Onions - 1 to 2 tsp (Finely Chopped)
  • Carrot - 1 Finely Chopped
  • Beans - 4 to 5 Finely Chopped
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • White Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cornflour - 2 tsp
  • Spring Onion - 2 tbsp
  • Oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • Butter/Olive Oil
  • Sugar - 1 pinch
  • Salt - As Needed

Preparation of Sweet Corn Soup Recipe

Take a pan and heat a tsp of butter or olive oil.

Add finely chopped onions saute well till it turn transparent.

Then add finely chopped carrot and beans and saute them till the raw smell goes off.

Take another pan and boil 2 cups of water.

Then add the cooked vegetables into the boiling water.

Also add the corn kernels and cook them till the vegetables gets cooks well.

Mix a tsp of corn floor in water and add them to the boiling vegetable mixture.

The soup will start thickening after adding corn water mixture.

Now add pepper powder, a pinch of sugar, salt to taste and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Then add the oregano and chopped spring onions and turn off the flame.

Finally, tasty "Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup" is ready to be served hot.

We can also add a chopped cabbages and celery for more taste.
