Ingredients for Creamy Mushroom Soup
- Mushrooms - 1/4 KG
- Small Onions (shallots) - 1 to 2 tsp (Finely Chopped)
- Chicken or Vegetable stock - 400 ml
- Black/White Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour - 2 tsp
- Double Cream - 125 ml
- Fat Milk - 125 ml
- Spring Onion - 2 tbsp
- Butter/Olive Oil
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 pinch
- Salt - As Needed
Preparation of Creamy Mushroom Soup Recipe
Take a sauce pan and heat a tsp of butter or oliv oil in medium flame.
Add finely chopped onions saute well till it turn transparent.
Then add chopped mushroom and saute them for 5 to 7 minutes till the mushroom gets soft.
Take another pan and boil vegetable stock or chicken stock.
Then add the cooked mushrooms into the boiling stock water.
Mix a tsp of corn floor in water and add them to the boiling mushroom mixture.
The soup will start thickening after adding corn water mixture.
Add the thick cream and milk fat and stir them.
Now add pepper powder, a pinch of ground cinnamon, salt to taste and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Then add the chopped spring onions and turn off the flame.
Finally, tasty "Creamy Mushroom Soup" is ready to be served hot.
