Ingredients for Tomato Chicken Parmesan
- Chicken Breasts - 1/2 KG (Bone less)
- Bread Crumbs - 1/2 Cup
- Parmesan Cheese - 2 tsp
- Egg - 2
- Parsley - 1/3 Cup
- Garlic Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp
- Garlic Cloves - 2
- Crushed Tomatoes - 1 and 1/2 Cup
- Dried Oregano - 1 tsp
- Red Pepper Flakes - A Pinch
- Olive Oil - 1/4 Cup
Preparation of Tomato Chicken Parmesan Recipe
Take a pan and heat 2 tsp of oil.
Add Chopped onions, garlic cloves, salt and crushed tomatoes. Mix them well.
Add dried oregano, red pepper flakes and a pinch of sugar. Mix them well.
Cook until the raw smell goes off. Turn the flame to Sim.
Take a bowl, egg, salt needed for chicken and Parmesan cheese. Beat them well.
In another bowl take the bread crumbs.
Then take the chicken breast slice, dip into the beaten egg mixture all sides of chicken strip should get coated evenly.
Then put in the bread crumbs and and press the chicken strip. Make sure that all side got evenly coated with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
Fry the chicken strip. Allow each side of chicken strip to cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Cook till the chicken turned golden brown.
Repeat the procedure for all chicken strips.
Take a buttered 9X13 inch casserole dish.
Spread the cooked tomatoes on casserole dish.
The put the fried chicken slices over the tomato sauce.
Finally add the slices of mozzarella and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes. The cheese should get melts and is bubbly.
Remove from oven and wait for 10 minutes.
