Ingredients for Seekh Kabab Recipe
- Lamb Mince (Keema) - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 1 Cup
- Green chillies - 7
- Coriander Leaves - 2 tblsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tblsp
- Ginger paste - 1 tblsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tblsp
- Chaat Masala - 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - A Pinch
Preparation of Seekh Kabab
Take a bowl. Add 1/2 kg of lamb mince.
Add finely chopped onions, chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt.
Mix them using hands until all ingredients combines well.
Cover them and refrigerate for 1 hour.
After 1 hour take the kabab mixture and divide into small equal portions.
Apply oil on hands. Take a skewer and put the portion of kabab mixture on the skewer to form a long sausage like a kabab.
Grill the kabab until the kabab turn brown and meat cooks well.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with ring shaped onions.

Tips - Seekh Kabab
Don not over cook the kabab, it should be moist and juicy not dry.
Grilling gives a good smoke flavor and tasty kabab.
