Ingredients for Reshmi Kebabs
- Bone Less Chicken - 1 kg
- Almonds - 6
- Ginger - 1inch
- Garlic Cloves- 7 to 8
- Green Chillies- 5 to 6
- Lemon - 1
- Fresh Cream - 1/ cup
- Butter / Oil
- Coriander Leaves
Preparation of Reshmi Kebabs Recipe
Take a cup of water in a bowl and soak the almonds for 15 to 20 minutes.
In a blender, add ginger, garlic, chillies, coriander leaves and drained almonds. Grind it to make a smooth paste.
Then add salt, lemon juice and fresh cream. Blend them and transfer to a bowl.
Now place the chicken piece to the bowl and coat them well.
Cover it and marinate for 24 hours in fridge.
Preheat the tandoor for high heat and apply some oil on skewer.
Then thread the marinated chicken on the skewer.
Apply some more oil or butter on the chicken pieces and arrange the skewer on hot tandoor.
Cook them slowly for few minutes until the chicken cooks well.
Our tasty and delicious "Reshmi Kebabs" are ready for tasting.
Tips - Reshmi Kebabs
We can add capsicum cubes to the skewer placing alternative chicken pieces.
While marinating use non-metallic bowl for safer side.
