Prawn Fry

"Prawn Fry" is yet another very simple but interestingly tasty and crispy Indian style prawn recipe.

Ingredients for Prawn Fry

  • Shrimps/Prawns - 1/2 kg
  • Eggs - 2
  • All Purpose Flour - 2 tblsp
  • Corn Flour - 2 tblsp
  • Red chili Powder - 2 tblsp
  • Salt
  • Oil

Preparation of Prawn Fry Recipe

First take the prawns and clean them.

Take bowl. Add eggs,all purpose flour, corn flour, red chili powder, salt and water. Mix them to make fine batter.

Now add the cleaned prawns. Mix them and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Take a pan and heat oil.

Deep fry the marinated prawns for 3 to 4 minutes or until the prawns become golden brown.

Transfer to a serving plate or bowl.

Our spicy and crispy Indian style "Prawn Fry" is ready..

Tips - Prawn Fry Recipe

After dipping in batter we can roll it in breadcrumb before frying so that we can get some more crispy fry.
