Ingredients for Pot Stickers
- Potsticker Wrappers - 1 Pack (10 Ounce)
- Shrimps - 1 Cup
- Ground Meat - 2 Cups
- Ginger - 1 tsp (Grated)
- Small Onions - 1
- Green Onion - 1 Bunch
- Cabbage - 3 to 4 leaves
- Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
- Sesame Oil - 1 tblsp
- Sugar - A Pinch
- Water - 1/4 Cup
Preparation of Pot Stickers Recipe
Take a blender and add the cleaned shrimps.< Blend them to a smooth paste and keep aside.
Also grind the meat to fine paste and keep aside.
Take a large bowl. Add shrimp paste, meat paste, grated ginger, finely chopped onions, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
Mix everything well. All ingredients should combine well.
Take a potsticker wrapper and place 1 or 2 spoons of mixture on it.
Fold them into a half moon shape which sould completely cover the fillings.
Press the edges so that the wrapper will get sealed well.
Take a pan and heat 2 tblsp of oil.
Place the filled wrapper on the pan. Let it cook for 2 minutes until it turns to golden brown.
Then turn to other side and add some water over it and close the pan in low flame.
Water will start evaporate and the dumpling will start to cook on the oil. Let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Now uncover the pan and let it cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the water completely evaporates.

Tips - Pot Stickers Recipe
Instead of water we can also add chicken stock.
Serve with soy dipping sauce or tomato sauce.
