Ingredients for Popcorn Fish Fingers
- Fish - 1/2 kg
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Red Chillie Powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lime Juice - 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour - 2 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Breadcrumbs - 2 Cups
- Oil - 2 tblsp
Preparation of Popcorn Fish Fingers Recipe
First wash the fish and cut them into lengthwise pieces.
Take the cornflour in a bowl.
Add all the dry powders mentioned above ie., red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt. Mix them well.
Now add the fish pieces, mix them and Marinate them for 1 hour to 3 hours.
In a separate bowl add egg and beat them well.
Take the breadcrumbs and 1/2 tsp of pepper powder in a plate or bowl.
Take a pan and heat oil.
Now take the Marinated fish and dip into the egg first and then in breadcrumbs. The fish pieces should evenly coated with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the fish until it turn golden brown.
Strain the extra oil and transfer to a serving plate.

Tips - Popcorn Fish Fingers Recipe
We can add soy sauce and chilli sauce for more different taste.
Serve the hot popcorn fish with green chutney, tomato sauce.
