Ingredients for Mutton Cutlets
- Mutton Mince - 1 Cup
- Potatoes - 2
- Onion - 1 cup (Finely chopped)
- Egg - 2
- Bread crumbs
- Pudina Leaves
- Corianders - (Finely chopped)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chili Powder - 3 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Oil and Salt - Needed
Preparation of Mutton Cutlets Recipe
First boil the potatoes and smash them keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion , Saute till it becomes translucent
Add ginger and garlic to the onion and saute till the raw smell removes.
Now, add mutton mince to them.
Add all the powders one by one (chilli powder , garam masala, turmeric powder and salt).
Springle some water and cook them for 5 to 7 mins.
Finally add the smashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves and pudina leaves mix them well.
Turn off the stove.
In a bowl add eggs and beat them well..
Make small ball from the prepared mixture and flatten them.
Then dip the balls in egg and coat it with bread crumbs.
Fry the balls in oil.
A crispy and delicious "Mutton Cutlets" is ready.
Tips - Mutton Cutlets Recipe
Even we can add finely chopped green chilies instead of chili powder.
Instead of eggs we can make a batter using all-purpose flour.
