- Fish - 1 and 1/2 Pound
- Salsa - 1 Cup
- Cheddar Cheese - 1 Cup
- Corn Chips - 1/2 Cup
- Avocado - 1
- Sour Cream - 1/4 Cup
- Salt - As Needed
- Tomatoes - 3 Cup
- Green Bell Pepper - 1/2 Cup
- Onion - 1 Cup
- Fresh Cilantro - 1/4 Cup
- Lime Juice - 2 tblsp
- Fresh Jalapeno Pepper - 4 tsp
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Kosher Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Preparation of Mexican Baked Fish Recipe
For Salsa : Take a bowl and combine finely chopped bell pepper, onions, tomatoes, fresh cilantro, jalapeno pepper, cumin, lime juice, kosher salt, black pepper powder. Mix them all.
Preheat the oven to 400 degree F. Grease the baking dish.
Wash the fish and pat dry using clean paper towels. Place the fish in greased baking dish.
Now pour the prepared salsa over the fish and spread evenly.
