Ingredients for Lemon Baked Cod
- Fish - 1/4 kg
- All Purpose Flour - 1/4 Cup
- Butter - 1/4 Cup
- White Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lime Juice - 2 tblsp
Preparation of Lemon Baked Cod Recipe
First wash the fish and cut them into long pieces.
Mix butter and lemon juice in a bowl. Add fish to it and gently mix.
Take another bowl add flour, white pepper powder and salt.
Preheat the oven to 350 degree and grease the baking pan with butter or oil.
Now take the fish marinated in lemon mixture and coat with the flour mixture.
Place the coated fish in baking pan and pour the remaining lemon mixture. Sprinkle paprika over it.
Bake it for 20 to 30 minutes until the fish got cooked well.
