Ingredients for Kodi Vepudu
- Chicken - 1/2 KG
- Cinnamon - 1 or 2
- Cardamom - 4
- Clove - 7 to 8
- Big Onions - 2 (Finely Chopped)
- Tomatoes - 1 (Finely Chopped)
- Red Chilly Powder - 3 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 3 tsp
- Ginger,Garlic Paste- 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cashews - 4 to 5
- Curry Leaves
Preparation of Kodi Vepudu Recipe
Take a pan and add 2 tsp of oil.
Add cinnamon sticks, cloves and cardamom and saute them well.
Then add finely chopped onions and fry them well.
Saute them completely till the onions turns golden brown.
When the onions got cooked well add ginger-garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell goes off.
Now, add finely chopped tomatoes and saute them well.
When the onion and tomato get cooked completely, add cleaned chicken.
Mix them well.
Then add coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Mix them altogether well.
Finally add chopped cashews, curry leaves and mix and turn off the flame.
