Ingredients for Hyderabadi Chicken 65

For Dry Chicken Fry

  • Bone Less Chicken - 1/4 KG
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp
  • Rice Flour - 1 tsp
  • All Purpose Flour - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - As Needed

For Sauce (Gravy)

  • Onion (Finely Chopped) - 2
  • Garlic (Finely Chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Green Chilli (Finely Chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Curd(Yogurt) - 2 to 3 tsp
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry Leaves - As Needed
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - As Needed

Preparation of Hyderabadi Chicken 65 Recipe

For Dry Chicken Fry

Take a bowl and add cleaned boneless chicken.

Add 2 tsp of corn flour, 1 tsp of rice flour, 1/2 tsp of maida and mix them well.

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, Garam masala powder and salt to taste.

Mix them well and keep it aside for 1/2 hour for.

Then take a pan and heat oil well.

Once the chicken got mangrate deep fry them in hot oil.

Turn off the flame once the chicken gets cooks well.

Drain oil and keep the fried chicken aside.

For Sauce (Gravy)

Take a pan and heat 2 tsp of oil.

Add jeera, curry leaves and finely chopped garlic and saute them well.

Then add finely chopped onions and saute them well till the onions turn golden brown.

Then add the finely chopped green chillies and mix them well.

Now, add red chilli powder and garam masala and saute them.

Add 2 tsp of curd and salt to taste.

Once the raw smell goes of add the fried chicken.

Mix them till the chicken absorbs the masala well.

Add coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
