Ingredients for Herbed Chicken Nuggets
- Boneless Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Eggs - 2
- Fresh Parsley - 1 tsp (Chopped)
- Dried Thyme - 1/2 tsp
- Red Pepper Flakes - 1 Pinch
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 Cup
- Dried Basil - 1 tsp
- Ground Pepper - 1 tsp
- Wheat Germ - 1/2 Cup
- Water - 1tsp
Preparation of Herbed Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Preheat the oven to 400 degree F.
Cut the cleaned chicken into long stripes.
Take a bowl. Add eggs, 1/4 tsp of salt and water. Beat them well.
Now add the chicken to egg mixture and keep it aside.
In another bowl, add chopped parsley, dry thyme, red pepper flakes, dried basil, ground pepper, wheat germ and salt.
Add oil to the bowl and stir them so that all the ingredients should combine well.
Take breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
Now take the chicken pieces marinated in egg and add them to the herbs mixture.
Mix them well so that the chicken should coated evenly with the herbs mixture.
Then give a coat of breadcrumbs and arrange them in greased baking pan.
Bake them for 10 minutes then turn to other side and bake for another 5 minutes.

Tips - Herbed Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Add the herbs mixture to a large plastic bag and put the chicken pieces. Shake them well so that the chicken pieces will get coated the herbs mixture.
