Ingredients for Goan fried Prawns
- Pranws - 1/4 KG
- Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Lime Juice - 1/2 tsp
Preparation of Goan fried Prawns Recipe
First wash the prawns well. Remove the black thread and wash them again.
Take a bowl. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt.
Mix them well to make a paste.
Now add the cleaned prawns to the mixed paste. Mix them them so that the prawns get evenly coated.
Marinate the prawns for 10 to 20 minutes.
Take a pan or thava and heat oil.
Now add the marinated prawns and shallow fry them for 3 to 5 minutes in low flame. (Donot over cook the prawns)
When the prawns turns to golden brown transfer them Prawns to a serving plate.
Hot and spicy, "Goan fried Prawns" is ready for tasting.
Tips - Goan fried Prawns
We can garnish the crispy prawns fry with chopped coriander leaves.
We can add vinegar instead of lime juice.
