Ingredients for Fish Pakora Recipe
- Fish - 1 kg
- Garlic and Ginger - 2 tsp (Grind)
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp (Grind)
- Lime Juice - 1/4 tsp
- Corn Floor - 2 spoon
- Maida Floor - 1 spoon
- Rice Floor - 1 spoon
- Red chilli Powder - 2 spoon
- Oil and Salt - Needed
Preparation of Fish Fry Recipe
Take fish (chopped in cube size) and add lime juice, ginger and garlic paste, pepper powder and salt for marination.
Allow the marination for 1 to 2 hour.
Take a bowl, add corn floor, maida, rice floor, salt and water.
Mix all of them to make a good batter.
Take a pan and heat oil for deep fry
Now, take the fish from marination and stir it in the batter.
Deep fry the fish.
Finally, our tasty and crispy "Fish Pakora" is ready.
