Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry with Sauce
- Chicken Breasts - 2 Cups
- Garlic - 2
- Ginger - 1 tblsp
- Sesame Oil - 2 tblsp
- Broccoli - 1 Cup
- Mushroom - 1 Cup
- Carrots - 1/2 Cup
- Red Bell Pepper - 1
- Onion - 1
- Green Beans - 1/2 Cup
- Bok Choy - 1/2 Cup
- Chestnuts - 1 Cup
- Red Pepper Flakes - 1/4 tsp
- Soy Sauce - 2 tblsp
- Hoisin Sauce - 2 tblsp
- Cornstarch - 1 tsp
Preparation of Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
First chop all the vegetable in cubes.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in pan and add chicken breast. Saute them for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add all vegetables (Bell peppers, Onions, Carrots, Mushroom, Broccoli, Beans) and water chestnuts. Mix everything well.
Add chopped bok choy and cook them for another 3 to 5 minutes. Turn the flame to low.
Take a bowl and combine cornstarch, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ground ginger and garlic. Also add some salt and mix them.
Add sauce mixture to the chicken and cook them in low flame until the chicken and vegetable absorbs the sauce.
Turn off the flame and transfer to a serving plate.
Serve the tasty "Chicken Stir Fry" with fried rice.
Tips - Chicken Stir Fry with Sauce Recipe
We can also add chicken broth for the sauce mixture.
Chicken Stir Fry will go good with noodles and fried rice recipes.
