Ingredients for Chicken Masala Balls
- Boneless Chicken – 1/2 KG
- Onions – 2 (Finely chopped)
- Green Chiles – 8 to 10
- Red Chiles – 5 to 7
- Garlic - 1 tsp (Finely Chopped)
- Ginger - 1 tsp (Finely Chopped)
- Coriander Seeds - 4 to 5 tsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1 and 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon and Cardamoms - As Needed
- Cloves - 4 to 5
- Cashew nuts - As Needed
- Coriander Leaves - As Needed
- Oil and Salt - Needed
Preparation of Chicken Balls
Heat a tsp of oil and add Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Cinnamon, Cardamoms, Cloves and Red Chillis.
Fry every thing just be careful so that it should not get burnt.
Add Cashew nuts and fry little more so that the raw smell goes away and allow it to cool.
Now Grind the above roasted ingredients along with the chopped ginger, chopped garlic and green chilies.
Then take chopped raw onions, chopped chicken, Coriander Leaves and salt to taste and grind them as fine paste.
Mix the roasted powder and onion, chicken paste and grind them once.
Now, add a tsp of oil to the grounded mixture.
Take a small portion of the mixture and make small balls.
Now heat the oil in high flame.
Once the oil got hot reduce the flame and put the balls in oil.
Fry the till the balls turn golden brown.
Finally, our deliciously tasty "Chicken Ball" are ready to served hot.
Tips - Chicken Kofhas
Serve the chicken balls with tomato sauce.
The chicken balls can also be grilled to avoid oil.
