Ingredients for Chicken Lollipop
- Chicken Legs - 10 to 12 Pieces
- All Purpose Flour - 2 tblspn
- Schezwan Sauce - 2 tblsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tblsp
- Corn Flour - 3 tblsp
- Rice Flour - 2 tblsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/4 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
- Salt or Black Salt
Preparation of Chicken Lollipop Recipe
Clean the chicken leg pieces.
Take a bowl. Add all purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, garam masala, coriander powder and water as needed.
Add ginger garlic paste, schezwan sauce, red chili powder, soya sauce and salt. Mix everything well.
Then add the chicken pieces to the batter. Keep the marination for 1 hour.
Take a pan and heat oil.
Add the marinated chicken pieces. Fry them until the chicken turns golden brown.
Drain extra oil in a tissue and let them cool.
Transfer to a serving plate or bowl with tomato sauce. Garnish with fried curry leaves.
Crispy and yummy "Chicken Lollipop" is ready.
Tips - Chicken Lollipop Recipe
Garnish the chicken lollipop with spring onions and lemon.
We can add red chilli paste instead of schezwan sauce.
Serve the chicken lollipop with tomato sauce or green chutney.
