Ingredients for Chicken Nuggets
- Bone less Chicken - 1/4 kg
- Red chilli powder - 1 to 2 tblsp
- maida flour - 4 to 5 tblsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Bread Crumbs - 6 to 7 tblsp
- Curd - 1 tblsp
- Egg - 1
- Oil
- Salt
Preparation of Chicken Nuggets Recipe
First wash the chicken well and chop them to thin slices.
In a bowl, add chopped chicken, curd, red chilli powder and salt. Mix them well.
Let the marination stay for 10 to 20 minutes.
Now take the maida in one bowl, bread crums in another bowl and beat the egg with salt in another bowl.
Take a piece of marinated chicken, first dip in maidha, then dip in egg and dip in bread crums.
Do the above process for all the marinated chicken pieces seperatly and arrange them in a plate.
Take a pan and heat oil.
Now deep fry the chicken pieces.
Transfer the Chicken Nuggets to a serving plate.
Crispy and tasty, "Chicken Nuggets" is ready to eat.
Tips - Chicken Nuggets
We can add mixed herbs and chilli flakes in bread crums for more taste and flavour.
